Flagship is a predictive inventory tool that brands use to minimize overstock and stockouts. After operating as a services business for a number of years with brands ranging from $10M to $4B in annual revenue, we realized that the broader market was still stuck in Excel spreadsheets when it came to planning inventory. Existing tools and machine learning models weren't gaining adoption because they were either too complicated or not specifically built for retail (ignoring seasonality, trend, anomalies, and the impact of marketing). Flagship set out to fix that, and is now supporting $150M+ worth of inventory buying for brands like True Classic, APL, Margaux, Public Rec, Ridge, and more.
